PREAMBLE The services offered by luggagestoragehub.com are governed by the following “Terms and Conditions of Use”. The “Terms and Conditions of Use” established by luggagestoragehub.com constitute an essential part of every storage contract and any other transaction concluded with the Customer and cannot be separated from the aforementioned contract.

DEFINITIONS In the “Terms and Conditions of Use” governing the storage contract and any other service offered to the Customer, the following definitions apply: “we,” “us,” “our,” and “authorized personnel” refer to luggagestoragehub.com, as well as its partners and collaborators; “Customer(s),” “you,” and “your” refer to the holder of a storage receipt, hereinafter referred to as a “ticket.”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS The contract for storage and other services is concluded with luggagestoragehub.com, which undertakes to store the luggage/items of its customers in its luggage storage facilities. By agreeing to store luggage at our premises and storage facilities, you automatically accept the terms and conditions set forth in our storage contract and/or contracts for the provision of other services, both on your own behalf and on behalf of third parties.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION – SELF-SERVICE LOCKERS The luggage storage service consists of renting automatic lockers for storing luggage/personal belongings at our locations for the period chosen by the customer during booking.

The Customer is informed that there is no right of withdrawal from the transaction, which is explicitly waived given the specific nature of the service, and that the booking is non-refundable. The booking email, the ticket issued at the point of sale, and/or the receipt sent by luggagestoragehub.com constitute proof of the booking.

Locations are open seven days a week. Opening hours may vary slightly depending on the storage facility, so it is advisable to check them on the dedicated page of the specific storage facility. Bookings can be made online 24 hours a day.

Usage Rules:

• Bringing animals into the lockers and/or premises is prohibited.
• Smoking inside our luggage storage facilities is prohibited.
• Access to the service is allowed only to persons over 18 years of age or minors accompanied by an adult.
• Storing perishable food items in the lockers is not permitted.
• The maximum allowed weight per locker is 35 KG.
• Before making an online booking, the Customer must verify the dimensions and weight of their luggage.
• No complaints or refund requests will be accepted if the luggage exceeds the allowed dimensions and/or weight.
• Before leaving the luggage storage facility, the Customer must ensure that the locker door is properly closed.
• Luggage must be locked inside the locker rented by the customer.
• The Customer is responsible for their valuable items left inside the luggage and releases luggagestoragehub.com from any liability in this regard.
• The Customer must completely empty the locker at the end of the booking period.
• The Customer is responsible for their luggage and its contents.

RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS For the automatic locker rental service, charges will be applied to the selected payment method at the time of online or on-site purchase. This charge will include the cost of the booked rental period and any applicable reopening fees.

Rates are displayed at each of our locations and can be consulted on our website in the dedicated section and/or during the booking process.

When purchasing online, the start and end date and time of the locker rental must be selected.

LOCKER REOPENING DURING RENTAL PERIOD If the locker is reopened within the first 15 minutes of rental, reopening is free of charge. After the first 15 minutes of rental, an additional reopening fee will be applied as indicated in the price list displayed at each of our locations and on our website.

IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER OPENING HOURS Don’t worry, your locker will remain closed and your bags safe! If you come back later tha the opening hours of the storage, you can collect your luggage only the day after and you will have to pay the extra cost per hour or per day of your delay. In any case try to contact the assistence.

FORGOTTEN/FOUND LUGGAGE For security reasons, any forgotten and unclaimed item or luggage, if not claimed within 24 hours by its rightful owner providing proof of ownership, will be handed over to public security authorities.

PROHIBITED AND DANGEROUS ITEMS The storage of items prohibited by law and/or considered dangerous under national legislation is not allowed. We do not accept storage of the following items:

• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Narcotic or psychotropic substances
• Precious metals and stones
• Hazardous and flammable materials
• High-value items (watches, jewelry, electronic devices)
• Identity documents and travel documents

INSURANCE luggagestoragehub.com has taken out an insurance policy against theft and damage to your luggage for a total value of €500 per rented locker. The insurance coverage is INCLUDED IN THE PRICE and guarantees every piece of luggage stored. Any item prohibited under these regulations is excluded from coverage.

APPLICABLE LAW Any dispute arising from and/or related to this storage contract will be governed by Italian law.

JURISDICTION For any dispute relating to the relationship between the parties, the consumer’s court of jurisdiction will have exclusive competence in accordance with Article 33, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Our premises are fully automated. Any individuals offering to hold your luggage outside our premises are not authorized by us, and in the event that damages are caused to persons and/or property by unauthorized individuals, luggagestoragehub.com cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable.
