Our luggage storage is located at Via Palazzuolo 170, just 400 meters (5 minutes on foot) from Santa Maria Novella Station. We are easily accessible on foot, by tram, or by other means of transport.
We are open every day, including holidays, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For special requests or extended hours, please contact us in advance.
Don’t worry, your locker will remain closed and your bags safe! If you come back later than the opening hours of the storage, you can collect your luggage only the day after and you will have to pay the extra cost per hour or per day of your delay. In any case try to contact the assistence.
Prices vary depending on the size of the luggage and the storage duration:
Medium luggage (e.g., 2cabin or 1 big suitcases) €9.90 for the first 5 hours, and €2.00 for each additional hour.
Large luggage (e.g., 4 cabin or 2 large suitcase): €13.90 for the first 5 hours, €2 for each additional hour.

Advance booking is recommended during peak tourist seasons.
We accept suitcases, backpacks, bags, helmets, and other personal items. We do not accept dangerous, perishable, or extremely valuable items (e.g., jewelry, cash).
Safety is our top priority. We use secure lockers and a 24/7 surveillance system. Additionally, each item is registered and will only be returned upon presentation of the receipt.
If you lose your receipt, please contact our staff immediately. You will need to provide a valid ID and additional details to retrieve your luggage.
